I would expect that you’d need the background knowledge from a bachelors degree to manage a masters, in any subject really. That’s why we do one before the other

No program will accept a student without the proper background. You’ll need Calc I-III (Calc for business won’t cut it), linear algebra, and abstract algebra for any school to not laugh at your application. Then you’ll need at least 4-5 upper division math classes. These would include: real analysis, complex analysis, topology, modern geometry, differential equations, mathematical statistics, number theory, numerical analysis, set theory, optimization, game theory, or other senior level math courses.
If you have most of those courses then you will likely be considered for admission to an appropriate level grad program in math. But I wonder if you did have those classes why you would have not declared a double major in math and business. It’s the background not the undergrad major that really counts.
