It depends upon what you want to do with your program work.

DeVry is considered a trade school and is great if you know exactly the trade or job you want to go into.

DePaul is an accredited, recognized, international university, degrees from which are more generally recognized around the World for a broader range of positions.

DeVry is not a trade school. DeVry is also an accredited (NCA – Regional — Same as Depaul’s) school and has 80 locations across the country that offers bachelor and master degrees in business, technology, and management.

The major difference is Depaul is a tradional school with theory and full time teachers.

DeVry is a practioner based school. The teachers at DeVry not only have the education to teach, but also have working knowledge in the field of which they teach. For instance all teachers at DeVry who teach accounting are accountants with their CPA, master’s degree and minimum of 5 years management experience in the field.

DeVry also allows a flexible schedule for the working adult. You can take evening classes at a center or campus near you or if your hours are such that you can’t take onsite classes you can enroll in the online courses. All students across the country (and the world) learn the same Terminal Course Objectives regardless of location or delivery of the course.

I hope this is more helpful.
