I’m a little confused by your comments. You say you want to become a business executive, but all you can find is business administration, which is your second choice. What is your first choice? An MBA is a master of business administration and an EMBA is an Executive master of business administration. That is, in fact, what you study to move up in business.
I’m also a little concerned, by some of the things you say, that you aren’t really qualified for the programs you are looking for. Do you already have a bachelors degree? And what kind of work experience do you have/ Most people who look into MBAs and EMBAs already are in business at at the middle management level, and they all have to have bachelors degrees first. An EMBA usually has 10 years of management experience as a minimum before entering the program (most of the ones I’ve taught had about 20 years of management experience).
Assuming you are qualified, have you checked out the University of Wisconsin at Madison? They do have an EMBA program. And there are schools in every state you mention with a regular MBA program.
You are not looking in the right place. Try the Official MBA Guide, a free public service, and use it to find the Midwesterner school that fits you best. There are many of them in the region you mention.
