What would be an ideal major for someone wanting to pursue a MBA or Ph. D. in a Business Graduate School?

I enjoy working with people and ideas, and I think the business field would be enjoyable for me. Political Science and Economics I know are good to major in, but that’s all I know of. There must be more. Please offer some insight into which major is best for one going into a business graduate school?

The MBA is a general degree where a major is not as important as in undergraduate programs. The MBA trains you for management in any are of business up to CEO. Once you get into a program, you may want to choose a concentration, which usually amounts to 2-3 elective courses in a field. Your goal right now should be to find the appropriate MBA program, and you can do that using the free service called the Official MBA Guide.
