What MBA programs can I get into? Could I get a full ride scholarship with my high honors?

I will receive by Bachelor’s in Business Administration from an accredited university in Florida, September 2009. I will graduate with a 3.90 GPA. What descent MBA programs would I be able to get into? Is there anyway to get a full ride scholarship with my high honors?

Most MBA programs either require or strongly prefer that you work for a couple of years before you apply. In addition, without knowing your GMAT scores, it’s impossible to say where you might get in, or whether or not they’ll give you any sort of scholarship.

In general, there are far, far fewer “full ride” scholarships given for professional degrees like law, medicine, or MBAs, than are given at the undergrad level. Your chances of getting one are slim, even if your GMAT ends up being perfect. But if you do very well on the GMAT, and have good work experience, you’ll get into a very strong MBA program. And even if you have to pay for Harvard Business School with loans, it’ll be worth it, because when you come out, you will be making serious coin.
