If you are “applying for college”, it seems like you need a bachelor’s degree program, not a master’s program, as a bachelor’s degree must be earned first.
A master’s degree in organizational change management might lead to a position with a consulting firm which is retained by a company which wants to restructure its personnel organization and possibly other aspects of its organization.
