
In my college the degree offered before was BS in Commerce Major in Marketing and now it is BS in Business Administration major in marketing. Is there a difference? Which is better? Why do you think that there is need to change it?

They’re both BS.
BS in Business Administration covers a wider scope of discipline such as accounting, economics, marketing, finance, etc. . while BS Commerce is mainly accounting. Thus, BS Business Administration is more acceptable or precise term for courses /degrees related to business.
