MBA stands for Master of Business Administration, and you learn about management and other business/management related topics. MBA is probably one of the most cost-effective degrees you can get. MBA’s are well respected and it can increase your salary a LOT.
Doesn’t really matter what gender you are, if you’re interested in business, then go for it.

The MBA degree was originally created because engineers working for companies were promoted to managerial positions, and often they did not know how to manage, although they were good engineers.
