Best answer:

Answer by Shampa
The open university aims to provide a university education for those wishing to pursue higher education on a part-time or distance learning basis (mostly).

Though the distance learning graduation is not widely recognised in India, there are few good open universities for MBA like:
1. AMITY
2. IGNOU
3. Symbiosis
and few more. They surely add value than under graduation, but may not compete with full time MBA graduates in value.

It is ideal for people who want to study but cant leave the work.
