Business Information Management is more into IT or information systems, which a basic business administration degree covers all area such as accounting, human resources, planning, organizational development, etc.

Accounting is its own major. information management deals with managing information (usually more computer oriented) and business admin is how to manage people in a for-profit setting. You can get an MBA with any undergraduate major.
