The most prestigious universities in the UK ( or even europe) are Oxford and Cambridge in England. These would be the most internationally recognisable, and look great on your CV to employers. I don’t know if they have programmes in HR, but check them out.

I wasn’t aware of “marketing” behind the ranking of universities. The league tables in the UK grade each institution based on certain criteria.

The Times, a Uk newspaper is a reliable source on Education and university rankings in the UK.

First of all, you’re looking for a university not a school. That might be why your internet searches are not helping.

Manchester Business College http://www. manchesterbusinesscollege. co. uk/ is meant to be very good and looks good on a CV. I’ve heard that Oxford Brookes is good for business too, but that might just be word of mouth.

Look on www. ucas. com for a list of universities which do the degree you’re looking at, then look at their selection criteria. That will normally be a good indication of how good the university is.
