   1. Some people do not do very well in online classes. They need to have the structure of a real lecture, and if they have to do everything on their own the procrastinate too much and don’t get anything done.

   2. Many online colleges are not accredited, which means that you can’t transfer classes if you decide to change school, and that it doesn’t look as good on a resume. Your best bet is to take online classes through your local community college.

   Yes there are some disadvantages of distance learning which can hinder your studying online. There is the issue of the technology used like the computers can prove expensive. Internet connection might not be available to everyone. Also some people are not comfortable using computers and the software for distance learning might be complicated to understand.
