I can see that London University Business School is possibly the best, but it’s the equivalent of $ 100,000AUD for an MBA course. How does anybody afford to study an MBA in UK?

By begging, borrowing, and sacrificing. Check with the school about transfer of credit. London Business School is good but to call it the best is going too far.
