I would like to go for a distance learning way to pursue MBA. I am having a 4+ years exp. Please suggest.

I would like to do a distance MBA and I want to start ASAP. All the other universities have closed their admissions and I want to start my MBA immediately. Any one doing MBA through distance from either of these two institutes, please tell me the pros & cons.

Frankly..an MBA through distance learning mode is not advisible as it does not provide the kind of practical knowledge as well as exposure to business problems , and of course, there are no placement facilities. A full time MBA programme or even a part-time MBA program from a reputed institute would give ur career a big thrust in the right direction. this is strictly my personal opnion.

If you insist on distance learning then some of the reputed schools which offer distance learning are:

Symbiosis awards an MBA degree through its University : Symbiosis International Deemed UNiversity. It is NOt a Diploma course

NMIMS,Mumbai : School of distance learning

I have completed my B.Com with 2nd division from Chhattisgarh, and currently located at mumbai, working as CSE in Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund s Mumbai. And can not pursue a regular course.
As I am working and planning to make my carrier in investment industry, please advice which will be better for me, distance MBA from IGNOU of ICFAI or its better to go for CFA (icfai) ??

You will have to submit your qualifications to find out for sure, but in many countries online degrees are not recognized. There is no way to know about yours. Here is the link to the Canadian immigration site. You would have to find out from those officials whether or not that degree and university are recognized. Best of luck with your plans.

I need to obtain the UK ACII qualification asap. I am temporarily residing abraod (Mexico) and have ample time to study and prepare for exams.

What is the shortest time frame and study option for me – e.g. self-study, elearning, special learning material? I would like to obtain the qualification, if possible in 3 months, and in no more that 6 months.

I have senior experience in the insurance industry in the UK, but now need the certification to move to a new job.

Do you know of any training provider that caters for distance learning or self-study?

Try with the CII itself, I think they have a distance learning facility, the toughie will be invigilating an exam in an area where they don’t have representation
