Question by vinodhan v: should i take IELTS or TOFEL ! !?
i am planning to do my MBA in either UK or Australia. Now people say that apart from GMAT i have to take up IELTS or TOFEL. Now i have got Rank 1 in english in my college. So now people say i need not take it up. should i take it or not. ! Even if i take it will this raise my mark scale ?

…IELTS is a requirement in order for you to have a student visa in both countries UK and Australia…it will also raise your mark on your scale….

You should take it, I didn’t do the TOEFL since the IELTS test dates were more appropriate for me. Some people say the IELTS is easier but it’s more or less the same. I say do the IELTS even if you don’t need it, just in case. And even if you don’t need it, a high score would look good with your application!
