Schools that do not require the GMAT for an MBA. Are they also good?

I looked at some schools that do not require the GMAT test for an MBA and also do not require any sort of work experience. Obviously these schools are not really top tier, but they are all accredited. Does that mean that it’s safe to get your MBA at a school like that as long as it is accredited?

I know that a lot of people will say how important it is to go to a good school. My problem is however that I have almost no work experience. I previously studied in the United States as an international student and obtained my bachelors. However, due to my status I was not allowed to work for most of the time. Now that I am back in my native country, there are no jobs here at all!!! The economy is simply so bad here. It has always been bad and has now become disastrous due to the financial crisis. So I am kind of clueless what to do. I see my only option in pursuing an MBA program and then interning during my studies at companies. However, I do not even know how to get into any good programs as I am not able to find even the most simple job in my country.

Can anybody please offer me some advice?

Note: I do not have any problem with taking the GMAT. It’s the work experience I am lacking and I have no clue how to get it. Since I only have a bachelors I also do not hear back from companies in other countries.

The fact is a degree is a degree. If you want to be the head at some wall street firm you going to have work ten times harder than the guy who has a MBA from Yale. Bernard Madoff did it before all the scamming he was the chairman of the NASDAQ.
