Questions about an online MBA degree?

Ok, to start off, i was not planning on college or anything so i have no idea how this stuff work or what types of degrees there are. all i know is Associate’s, Bachelor’s, and Master’s. I want to get a Master’s in Business. So here is my question:

Do i need my bachelor’s degree before i can get into a master’s program? and do i need an associate’s before i can get a bachelor’s? or are there programs where you go straight to master’s or something? i’m just really confused about all of this and i dont really know who to ask. . .
oh and one more question. if i got a bachelor’s degree in business online with a decent GPA, would any universities even consider me for a Master’s program(on campus)?

You will have to have a bachelor’s before you can enter a master’s. You don’t need an associates to enter a bachelor’s.

To get into a good MBA program, you will need a bachelor’s degree with a GPA of at least 3. 0 (higher for better programs), a good score on the GMAT, and some reference letters. Your bachelor’s can be in any subject but you might have to take some extra courses if it’s not in business.

There are some pretty good programs online these days – don’t restrict your search to only those “as seen on TV” colleges.

You’ll want your school to be regionally accredited and if you’re majoring in business you’ll also want it to be AACSB accredited. Some good option can be found here —> http://www. geteducated. com/rankings/best_bachelorsbm. asp
