Past:
I have 6.5 years of work experience, currently working in MNC.
Have done my MBA earlier from India.
Have poor academic record, all in the range of 50 to 60% except at school leaving
Questions
What are my chances of getting into a decent (top 20 in world) Business school with financial assistance, if I get a 700 plus GMAT score (in the sense that I do odd jobs at University to earn money)
Is it worth doing a MBA from not so reputed Business schools (below ranking 20)

I am in business school right now not in the top 20. What I have learned is business school is EXTREMELY competitive! You have great work experience but unfortunately you are competing with others whom have great work experience AND excellent grades. Keep that in mind….
I was also concerned about going to a not top school for my MBA. I am going to a top school for hospital administration and wanted to get my MBA too at the same school which is not as good in business as it is in hospital administration. I did research and talked to people who have gotten their MBA from various places. What I learned is an MBA is an MBA is an MBA meaning it does not matter where you get it as long as you have one and it is an accredited program. Now, if you get it from one of the top 10 business programs, it definitely helps in salary and opportunities, that is true. But a MBA from anywhere accredited will help in salary and opportunities. Hope this helps.
