It’s a 2 household income situation. Going back to school would not effect current job status or guarantee any future increase in salary.

Your own business is almost always the best choice, especially if you have the opportunity. If you do have the chance to start one, don’t allow it to slip by.

starting your own business is the best because if you dont you’ll get bossed around by people that are like in a higher place than you but if you have your own business you can boss your employees around =]
Do whatever would allow you to spend more time parenting your kiddos and have them spend less time in daycare.
If you have a good business idea then go for that. If you have strong doubts about it and can’t afford the stress then go back to school.
When opening your own business it is best to have a degree. Some companies, if you ever branch out that far, like to see something on paperwork.
The best thing in the long run would be to go back to school, then if you want to open your own buisness, great for you.
You can never have too much education.

Either way sweetheart your making positive changes for yourself and your family. Do what fits you best at this time. Investigate thoroughly on the business. Location, traffic, product, price line, overhead. etc. Decide after you weigh all your options. Going back to school is always a win win situation. The more you know………

We have a really similar situation. I was married, but got divorce I have a 5-year-old daughter and now I’m engaged.
I started a business that went side ways. I could have started it again, but honestly I was starting to feel burnt out. I ended up going back to school… I’m really happy that I did. Your business can fail, but no one can take away what you know. Plus, knowing more can only help your business. Depending on the type of business that you want to start, you could start it while going back to school…That’s what I’m doing!
Remember that it’s always good to have a “backup” just in case something were to happen with the business. You still have children and their school activities that you may feel left out of if your “at work” all the time. Discus with family first to find out how they feel and who can pitch in when needed. Good luck and wish the best for you and your family!!:>)
