Question by esamurai: I want to apply to the same business school, but 2 different programs within it. Is this common? A bad idea?
In the same college, there’s the MBA program, then the Human Resources program. I’m not confident in my quant. skills, but my peers argue that an MBA is a better safeguard to more money. Soon to be the only breadwinner of my family, I want both a lucrative and exciting career (something that will always keep me interested)-who doesn’t!?
i’m applying to ohio state (fisher school of business)
LOTS of international experience but i hate math…

You have to consider the perception that you are creating of yourself from the perspective of the ADMISSIONS committee. It may appear that you are unsure of what you want to do. Apply yo the H.R. track (if thats your best way in) or apply to the M.B.A. program and select an H.R. emphasis. What school are you applying to?
