Question by Christina: I am confused, depressed and feel like a loser. Can you help me?
Can you please help me on how to get a $ 50K plus job with my inconsistent work history?
I really need your help. Please advise me on how to write my resume, I have no idea. I want to get a job that pays at least $ 50K, but I have no idea how to present myself. This is the truth about my job experience, now how can I be selective and present myself in the best possible way?
I am 34 years old
When I was 24, I got my B.Sc in biology. While I was in school I did part time tutoring maths, chemistry and English and at the same time, doing medical translations. Then for a year, again did the same thing, then after, did my M.Sc in biology, then worked part time in retail sales for a few months, then nothing for 6 months, then started PhD biology for 6 months, then I left it, and did telesales for 4 years. ( insurance, banking, phone, science), then got pregnant and took care of my baby for 2 years. ( So basically 3 years not working, just studying and online stuff), then started PhD again, after 1 year, left, then did nothing for 6 months, then worked as a lab technician for 6 months, then again left, then worked in loan modification for 1 month, left, then worked in telesales for one week, left, then got a data entry job and after 1 week, for no reason they fired me for the first time. Oh, and now I am studying online MBA, and I am half way there, hoping this time, this education is gonna get me somewhere.
I am really confused, can you suggest a job and a way to write a resume to me please? I am so confused and feel like a loser.
