If you do it in the US it will cost you nothing since every decent business school in the country fully funds their students. In order to get accepted to a good university you should have great GPAs (3.8+) for any degrees you have, a GMAT of over 700 (or an equivalent GRE), and some great letters of rec. Top schools are Wharton, Columbia, Harvard, Stanford, MIT, etc. Not sure about PhDs in other countries, sorry.
