All of these things should be possible, I’ll elaborate:
You can get an MBA with any undergraduate major. Sometimes work experience is required to apply to a specific school, but it is very doable. However, sometimes getting a technical masters (such as a MS) may be more valuable. Look into both options if this is the route you chose.
As for law school, it works much like apply for an MBA program: any major can do it. However, the requirements for law school (GPA, etc) are typically higher. You will also need to take he LSAT. In addition, courses in political science, psychology, sociology, math, science, and economics will make your application more attractive.
Last thing: if you are in San Diego State University and doing well, and want to transfer, go for it! If there is a school that would fit you better, it may be a good move. Make sure you like the school you transfer to though! It seems like you are doing well at SDSU, so you have things going for you there.
Bets of luck with your endeavors!
