ISB is very good.But I think ( not sure) a couple of years of work experience is preferred for admission.

how many years of experience you have ??
you need to have at least 3 yrs of exp.
Also it is expensive . You need to have good SOP , resume and recommendation letters.
Also good GMAT score. around 730 or more
