I have three different options to study an MBA. Could you tell me which one is the best option in terms of prestige and salary increase?

Option 2. It’s more well-rounded.
An MBA is often more marketable than an MS. MBAs are certainly more sought after by employers. It would be the degree that would most likely get you a salary increase. So we’ll take BU off the table.
That leaves you with UMass Lowell and UMass Amherst. UMass Amherst is far more prestigious than UMass Lowell, both as an overall university and for their MBA program. I’d strongly suggest you go to UMass Amherst, if you can get in there.
