MBA Courses: Rutgers is definitely better in terms of job prospects and had good MBA program.

Your best source is the Official MBA Guide, a free public service. They list more than a thousand MBA programs that you can compare. Both of those schools are in it and the Guide provides a huge amount of detailed data.
If Rutgers still only has 1 Business School (I think even if you go to Newark, you get the same degree as the people that go to New Brunswick), then I would say Rutgers. If not Baruch
