I agree! Need work? Being a minority, or handicapped, or a woman, or any other label is crucial to finding work. These qualifications will not only keep you from getting laid off, they will also automatically find you any job you’d like! Education, being a veteran, not doing drugs, volunteering, a number of things you do have control of, usually have no bearing in the hiring process. So, concentrate on your politically correct advantages and stress those at the your next job interview!

A “job interview” is the biggest joke in the world. Its just a PERSONALITY ASSESSMENT, and has nothing to do with “selling yourself. ” How else can you explain why someone with years of experience would be turned down in favor of someone without such experience? Answering questions does not indicate how well someone works; people act, answers can be practiced, and personality can be masked! Its also why other countries outperform America–WE want the best actors, they want the best worker.
