My school is both regionally and nationally accredited but its MBA program lacks AACSB accreditation. Can I still use my degree? Will employers hire me? I am very content with what my school offers but it does matter if I can use my degree in the future and it will not be just another piece of paper.

AACSB is the highest accreditation a business school can obtain. You can still use your degree, but if you want to truly be competitive I would go to an AACSB accredited school. . . you have to look at your degree as an investment, as it will pay you back in the future. Good Luck!
