While there are no guarantees, this is the path towards being a major league team manager. However, I hope you are a total sports fanatic and know tons of stuff about sports now. because that enthusiasm is what will get you a job later. This can be a good field since many of the managers that handles the big teams from when pro sports got really big in the 60's will be retiring in the next 5-10 years.
