Is it possible to get accepted into the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities Law/Business school for a JD/MBA dual degree immediately after graduating from my undergraduate institution, or do they require work experience?

From their website, you need to be in the law school to be considered for the dual program. So, to answer your question, no you don’t need to have work experience to get the J. D. /MBA degree.
You apply during your second year of law school.
You need to be in good academic standing; I guess if you are, they accept you since you are good enough for their regular program
