Is it hard to get into a good mba graduate school?

i wanted to know is it easy to get into a mba graduate program if you do good in undergraduate school and what they are looking for. and does it matter what you major in since i want to major in hotel management?

    i guess it depends on your definition of a good mba graduate program. if you’re talking about the top 10 or 20, yes, it’s pretty darn hard. if you’re looking at schools that in the top 20-50, it’s still competitive.

    it doesn’t matter that much what your undergraduate major was, but having good grades do matter. getting a decent gmat score matters as well. if you are looking to getting into a top 20 school, most of them require some work after college before you apply (2-5 years).

    below the top 20, there are more opportunities to get in without work experience, as long as you have solid grades and majored in something that will prepare you for graduate studies in business. when you’re ready to apply, you can research the selection criteria at different schools.
