BBA= Bachelor’s of Business Arts?
If you have a specific degree, such as Accounting or Marketing, you may be better off, but a Business degree is still valued.
You can expect to enter on the ground floor. Perhaps as an Admin or Data Entry. Look for positions like Jr Accountant, Payroll Assistant, Marketing Assistant, HR Assistant, etc.
The salary would depend on your area. 10 years ago when I graduated, the starting wage was about $ 15 per hour. Sadly, that seems to no longer exist, and you should expect more of a $ 10-$ 12 an hour starting wage.
The probability depends on you. Do you interview well? Do you bring anything interesting to the company?
