I’m assuming you are an international student. In that case if they offer you the work visa, and considering the economy situation right now, I say accept it.
The pay will be decent, but remember you will be salaried and expected to work around 50, sometimes 60 hours a week (thus no overtime pay).
You’ll typically work every other weekend, and you won’t have a lot of time off during the holidays.
With an MBA you may be able to promote more quickly to STL and even DTL, depending on your performance and willingness to transfer every so often.
