I don’t intend to discorage you, but for your specialization, you require a Green Card for any chances. To stand good shot, you should show some managerial exp. in the same field in India.

Marketing would be a good specialization if you have a creative/think-outside-the-box mind; however, the fact is that finance will grant you with more opportunities money-wise. The top MBA jobs are in investment banking and consulting. If you’d like to work with companies in the agriculture industry, then you should probably go for agribusiness. Some of the top programs for agriculture (and I’m sure they got an agribusiness specialization for MBAs) are located at Texas A&M and Purdue University.
