I know there are probably more classes than the normal MSN student, but is it possible to go from a Bachelor’s in Business Administration to a Master’s of Science in Nursing?

What the hell? business to Nursing?
Umm you can’t do that. You have to go do the 4 years of nursing to get a Bachelor’s before you can get nursing Master’s
I strongly advise you to make an appointment with the nursing adviser at the nearest school of nursing. Based upon your other questions you only have ever 1 bio class as a science program. Unless you are an extraordinary person, I suspect you would crash & burn in a nursing MSN class, I understand they are very difficult as you are absorbing nursing as well as doing the masters work. You possibly can use your gen ed classes + more pre-regs to get a BSN degree in 3 years. But again, meet with an adviser who can give you some first hand advice after talking with you & evaluating your background. Be aware, tho, that even with a MSN, you would be considered an entry nurse and would be treated like any other entry staff nurse.
