First off I would recommend checking your grammer before sending out a resume. ” Should I started from the entry level” and “could I rather can apply” are structurally bad.

Other than that your MBA is only as good as you are. A company would be more willing to hire you if you had some practical experience under your belt, entry level or otherwise. If you have spent your entire time in school, then you have no real work experience. I would take the any job in your chosen field ( hopefully a line you really love as your making this your lifelong career). Remember you are competing with all the other MBA candidates and anything to give you a leg up is a bonus for you.

International organizations are a good venue to pursue as they are larger and more stable that a smaller venture. A smaller venture might make you more money as they are still growing and if you have what it takes you can move up quickly.

You will have some time to explore the world of work and find what works for you. You should enter an industry/company where the work is fun/interesting/rewarding. Studies show that managers who are most successful really enjoy what they are doing.

While management might have the prestige, it is not for everyone. Many people don’t like the type of activity, responsibility, politics that management involves. Your MBA will not help here. Make sure that you want to be a manager rather than a technician. Try to do some summer interning where you will have the opportunity to observe managers in action. Talk to them See if it is for you.

Lastly, have patience. An MBA is nice to have but real world experience is better. Don’t expect a senior management job right away…you must pay your dues and begin to have a record.

    Good luck.
