I am an MBA final Semester Student. want have an additional source of income..in this recession… what r the qualification in this sector needed

Pay $ 360 to take the licensing classes. Most realty associations now offer the classes. Then you take your state test. You receive your license. YOu interview at several local brokers. Some cost you no money every month but you split all earnings 50-50 with the owner of the company (the broker). Others charge you $ 1,000 a month but you get to keep all your earnings- no “split” with the broker.
You get people to hire you to sell their house or you take buyers around looking at houses for sale. The failure rate for new agents is over 80%. Because most cities have far too many agents for the number of sales each month.
The ones who succeed can make a good income and live a wonderful life. You set all your own appointments and you control all aspects of your life.
There are no websites to start a career in real estate.
