Please tell me the procedure for the direct admission in MBA in foregin universities

By “Direct admission”, do you mean admission to an MBA program without taking TOEFL / GMAT?
Most American universities require TOEFL and most Canadian and U.K. universities require IELTS, although some institutions in the latter two countries would accept TOEFL also.
There are some American universities that may admit you to an MBA program without GMAT. Many U.K. universities also do not need GMAT, but they require one-two years of work experience.
As for American universities that may admit you without TOEFL and GMAT, the cost of tuition would be very high. Further, you would have to enroll in ESL courses to prove your English proficiency. The cost of ESL courses are usually high.
So, if you wish to pursue an MBA in an U.S. university with financial aid, it would be advantageous to you to take TOEFL and GMAT and score as high as possible, particularly on the latter.
