How many months of work-ex is considered as 2 years by US business schools?

Hi,

I am headed for a masters in Spring 2009. I will complete 24 months on the job by November 2009. However, I have heard that 22 months of work-ex is also considered as 2 years by US companies and colleges alike. Is this true?

    No. 2 years is 24 months.
