It doesn’t matter if your work experience put you in a leadership position. You just need to make them look at the positive aspects of what you gained working there and what you have to offer as a result. The beauty of a resume is that you can draw attention to valuble work experience and anything else positive in the event that you don’t have what they’re looking for to a T. You just need to wow them with the skills you do have and volunteer/extra-curricular activities. If you’re not great with words, try a career couselling workshop/resume consultant. they are usually free.
