if i can write excellent essays and my GPA & TOEFL scores are very good, would that be enough… coz i don’t think that redoing my GMAT would result in anything better

Of course. That is a very credible GMAT score. Many schools strive to reach that as an average of their MBA students, which means they admit many students with lower scores. You should have no problem getting into very good MBa programs.
