Grant Wilson, Managing Partner at Force Management, LLC Recognized by Business Leader Media as 2011 Recipient of Top 50 Entrepreneurs Award

On March 1st, Grant Wilson, Managing Partner at Force Management, LLC, received the annual Top 50 Entrepreneurs Award for 2011 by Business Leader Media. This award is given to business leaders who have made a significant impact on Charlotteâs business community. Wilson credits this recognition to the efforts of he and partner John Kaplan, as well as those of his sales consulting and training team.
The team at Force Management is very involved in community outreach efforts and selects worthwhile causes and organizations to support. Over the years they have been very involved with Samaritanâs Feet, March Forth with Hope, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. In the future, they are looking to work with A Childs Place and Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools. As they grow, hands-on volunteer efforts will increase as well.
â2010 was a great year for Force Management. Both revenue and profit grew by 25%. More importantly, we were able to scale the organization by expanding roles and responsibilities throughout the company,â adds Kaplan.
âJohn and I have a significant amount of trust for one another and for the team around us. Trust allows us to respond quickly to opportunities, leverage the strength of the team, and stay united through challenges,â adds Wilson.
Both Wilson and Kaplan agree that there have been some key factors in the success of Force Management and their business vision. These involve putting a heavy emphasis on every customer, cultivating a team atmosphere within the organization and by remaining fiscally conservative in their business decisions. This mindset keeps business on the path to success and also lends itself well to spreading goodwill within the greater community.
