Your chances are neither bleak nor bright. It all depends on your profile, years of experience, average score of the school. If your profile reflects diversity(community services, extracurricular activities , your international experience) and in your profile if you can show your uniqueness or any new changes that you can bring to the respective school(for this you have to research each and every school where you are planning to apply in order to gather information about their community ) , then I think with this score also you have a chance.
