A graduate of Kettering College of Medical Arts, Covenant College and Virginia Polytechnic University, Ms. Niles has an Associates Degree in Nursing, Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Masters Degree in Health Education. Bringing over 25 years experience in the nursing and medical management fields, she most recently served as Vice President of Health Services for Ochsner Health Plan. Ms. Niles has served as Director of Medical and Quality Management for various health plans, as well as Adjunct Professor for Loyola UniversityÂÂs Masters in Nursing Program.
