Upon graduating college with a finance degree (four year degree) what jobs did you take (finance field or not) right after graduation. What was your starting salary? Did you go back to get an MBA?

MBA is better, you can get into investment or retail banks at a good pay. Bachelors may take you as analyst, trainees with low starting salary.
