European School of Economics Launches the Visionary Leadership Foundation Program, an Educational Journey to Self-discovery

Florence, Italy (PRWEB) August 20, 2011

Next week a new breed of post-graduate business course will open its doors in Florence, Italy, where genius and excellence created the Italian Renaissance. In this spirit, the European School of Economics (ESE) has designed and launched the Visionary Leadership Foundation Program, a new format for future pragmatic leaders that is a journey to self-discovery rather than a standard “bookish” educational business package like those provided by most educational institutions.

ESE’s Visionary Leadership Foundation Program is designed to educate future leaders, pragmatic dreamers and strategic resources within corporation, nation or organization. Students of the Visionary Leadership Foundation Program will learn how to harmonize financial power and love, and how to approach business as if they were serving a cause – with skill, energy, morality, passion and, most of all, integrity.

In a “business renaissance” spirit, and inspired by ESE’s Latin motto “Visibilia ex Invisibilibus” (“Visible comes from invisible”), the Visionary Leadership course offered by the European School of Economics will foster higher ideas and will teach to students

how to overcome inner limits, cultivate independent thinking and a true passion for freedom and greatness.

Art, music, theatre, philosophy, business spirit and the search for truth will be the tools used by ESE’s Visionary Leadership Foundation Program to broaden students’ vision and bring to light the inner qualities, ideas and values of true visionary leaders by means of a path to self-discovery.

A key message contained in the book “The School for Gods” whose author is Elio D’Anna, Founder and Dean of the European School of Economics, define the psychological and philosophical framework around which ESE’s Visionary Leadership Foundation Program is built: “If you believe in an external world, then make use of it. Let all the experiences, events and circumstances fall in a place within yourself where you can filter the most useful and eliminate what is useless. This is the place where all your inner rubbish can be transformed in energy and brand new life. But remember! The outer world is only a faded shadow of your inner space, a pale manifestation of your inner responsibility.”

The first, opening Visionary Leadership Foundation Program will run on a full-time basis Monday-Friday for a total of five weeks from August 22 to September 23, 2011. Applications and registrations are still open for this week. Other Visionary Leadership Foundation Program courses have already been scheduled for 2012 in January, April and September.
