Who is asking you to become software engineer and who is asking you to become engineer?
If you want to become software profession and you don’t do engineering in Computer and that will be complete wastage of 4 years.
You can do BBA and then do MBA.
Problem with you is that you see everyone working on a computer as software professional. You need to think outside box if you want to be successful in your life. There are so many options …. outside software.
