I do business administration majoring in marketing but am not interested in going into marketing. More interested in going into Finance as a career. I would like to apply for a masters in Finance but not sure of my prerequistes needed for eligability. Would you say I do a course that allows me to gain a bit up to scratch with the quantitative side of the course? Which ones would you recommend?

Do the CFA instead because that’s what is required and you don’t need to invest as much money like the Masters. I think you need to past at least level 1 to get into entry financial analyst. It does help to take some courses as backup to show you are interested and plus to get some finance background. I would recommend you not to mention you majored in Marketing when you apply. Just put Bachelor of BA. Passing the CFA is the most important in finance, everyone I know who are in Finance are doing CFA first before MBA.
