- 3.7-3.8 GPA holder
- ~700 on GMAT
- 3 months intern
- 1 month social service in Africa
- just completed undergraduate engineering degree…
- NO extra work experience

    Maybe. Maybe. The top MBA programs do strongly prefer that you have a couple years of work experience between undergrad and grad school – and so do MBA employers, so note that, please – but even the top MBA programs will sometimes admit highly promising students right out of undergrad, who don’t have that work experience. So you could apply and see what happens. After all, the worst that happens is that you don’t get in, you get a job, and apply again in a year and a half.

    Your grades are good for the top 10 programs. Your GMAT is a tiny bit low for some of the top 10 schools, 10 or 15 points lower than their average. In their average range, though. If you had the work experience, I’d think you’d stand a good shot of getting in. Without it, you may or may not.
