Can you pursue an online MBA from an American school while living in China?

I am thinking about taking a job teaching English in Shanghai or another part of mainland China in order to help continue my own knowledge of Mandarin. But it is more important to me that I complete my MBA. A local school has an online program so I could maintain residency here and pursue the degree but I am concerned that the “Great Firewall of China” would cause a problem. Any advice is appreciated.
